February 24, 2014 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a possible structure fire in the 4000 block of Warsaw.  On arrival crews found light smoke showing from the front of a two story home with its five occupants, two adults and three children, self-evacuated.  Crews made entry and located the seat of the fire in a second floor bedroom closet.  The fire was contained and controlled in nine minutes.  Investigators determined the fire to be a result of a juvenile playing with a lighter.  One firefighter received minor injuries that did not required medic transport.
