January 23, 2012 - Lightning sparked an early morning fire at 2026 Ardmore at the Autumn Creek Apartments. Upon arrival smoke could be seen coming from the attic area of the multi-unit structure and multiple residents had already self-evacuated.  Crews quickly evacuated the remaining residents, and they were able to locate the fire.  Firefighters contained the blaze and quickly extinguished it preventing further extension.  No injuries were reported.
