This permit is issued with the agreement that the burning be carried out in favorable weather and conditions, in reasonable amounts, exposes no buildings or property to fire and is attended by a responsible person at all times until the fire is completely out.

This permit is valid only on date specified and applicant assumes all responsibilities for any damage, loss or injury that may result from the burning of this fire.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $300.00 or by imprisonment of not less than 0 days nor more than 60 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
