Open House

Are you considering becoming a Fort Wayne Firefighter?  One of the best ways to pursue this job is to learn more about it.  The Fort Wayne Fire Department (FWFD) will be hosting several Hiring Informational Open Houses.   

Our Informational Open Houses are designed to provide interested candidates the opportunity to visit station houses to learn more about the FWFD.   Information, tours, and a question/answer period with current Fort Wayne Firefighters will provide you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our Department and a firefighting career.  Each Informational Open House should last approximately one hour.
